Juneteeth celebration 2023

Juneteenth is a celebration of the end of slavery in the United States. It originated in Galveston, Texas, where on June 19, 1865, Union General Gordon Granger announced that all slaves in Texas were free. This year, Juneteenth in Asheville was celebrated with a community gathering where CPC was present, sharing information and resources with our community.
