New Mural from Jenny Pickens at United Way

Jenny Pickens Self Taught Artist has been working on this BEAUTIFUL mural for our office building located in downtown Asheville. This mural is HUGE, with 16 panels full of Asheville-specific imagery. We will install the artwork over the next week, so be sure to follow us on this beautification journey! From: United Way

Moving to our new office

  Our team has been working in moving to our new office. This new space would help us to have a place to contact with our community. Meetings and training would be possible in person again with the community we serve.

Remembering our very first black love event at Walton Park in 2016. It was organized in light of the “Justice for Jerry” movement and having space where black folks could be together and hold space for healing. Black Love, Black Joy, Black Healing was the motto and it continues to today!
