Choosing Your Fundraisers
Fundraising
- List all the ideas you can think of for raising money, and pick the seven your group likes best.
- Write those seven under “Fundraising Ideas.”
- For each one, estimate a) how much money it will cost, b) how much it could bring in, c) how much work it will take to do it (people, time, planning, etc.), and d) how interested are people in making it happen. (Rank them High, Medium, Low.)
- Use that information to make your decisions about which fundraisers to do: look for those that have the most interest, and will earn the most income for the least effort. Once you’ve decided which ones to do, start planning when they’ll happen.
